Open our Whatnot profile to see upcoming shows. Follow JS Toys there to keep up with us. Purchases made on Whatnot are checked out through Whatnot.
Where can I find delivery details?
For a Whatnot purchase, check the delivery information shown by Whatnot before checkout and in your order details afterwards.
How do I get help with an order?
For a Whatnot order, contact us through the order in Whatnot so we can find the right purchase. For other enquiries, contact JS Toys. Include your order reference where relevant.
How do I check whether a toy is suitable?
Check the individual item’s age guidance, description and warnings before buying. Ask us if you need more information about a particular toy.
